   b=3h;
   h=b/3;
   so, 1/2bh=24
   1/2b(b/3)=24
   (b^2)/6=24
   b^2=144
   b=12

   (1/2)b*h=24
   b*h=48
   (3h)*h=48
   square of (h)=48/3=16
   so h=4……….and b=3*h=3*4=12
